We think the traditional way of doing consulting is outdated. The “all gas, no brakes” attitude only works well on a straight road – in reality it rarely meets the business needs. All too often, the proposed solutions are overly theoretical quick fixes decoupled from the reality in which they are applied.
We also think clients are paying exorbitant prices for the support they get – prices which either drain the project budget or exclude the opportunity to get support where it is most needed.
